Singleton Council recognised the need to prepare a master plan to enhance Gowrie Park to create a recreational offering guided by the voices of the community.

The purpose of the master plan is to provide recommendations and design solutions that will guide future development, ensuring Gowrie Park is a safe, multi-functional recreation space that meets the needs of the stakeholders and community members in the short and long term.

Michael White Landscape Architecture’s final master plan identified opportunities for a dedicated pump track, playground, multi-purpose hardcourt, native tree planting and naturalised drainage lines.
