Huntlee will deliver over 7,500 new homes spread across four villages surrounding a contemporary town centre. Located in the Hunter Valley wine region, Huntlee is the largest new master planned community to be developed in the Cessnock LGA.

The new suburb will comprise of a school, employment zone, shopping centre, sports fields and an extensive open space network linked by over 40km of paths and cycleways. The parks and streetscapes are being delivered in stages and are guided by a landscape master plan inspired by the rural setting and unique Hunter Valley landscape features and forms.
