ARIA Hunter Valley is a boutique, high-end residential estate comprising of large lots of a minimum 2,000m2.

The new estate is recognised by a large-scale gateway feature that references the local wine industry through an abstract interpretation of a wine barrel set amongst tiered gardens. Rural fencing and feature driveway entries offers a cohesive landscape treatment throughout the estate, helping create a sense of a gated community.

A central park has been designed to encourage community gatherings. Michael White Landscape Architecture has been working on ARIA Hunter Valley since 2021 and continues to provide concept design, detailed design, consultation and construction administration services.
