Huntlee Villages 2 & 3 forms part of the Huntlee Township being developed in the Hunter Valley. This stage comprises of approximately 5,000 residential lots, a commercial centre, school and approximately 160 hectares of public open space and environmental corridors.

The purpose of the landscape and open space master plan is to establish a framework which advocates for the protection, enhancement and utilisation of the natural assets within a cohesive network of open space including parks, streetscapes, drainage corridors, conservation zones and recreation areas.

The existing landscape characteristics and history of the site were the basis for the guiding principles and design language of the development.
